State-of-the-art technologies to grant conformities to customers’ technical requirements. Kit Solutions Srl has selected Gerber® as its technological partner for cutting machines, under the statement of “no quality compromises”, the key issue when activities are focused to aerospace applications.
A 450 sqm. clean room according to ISO9 class.
Cutting operations are performed using a high-thickness conveyor belt multi cutter system, up to 28 mm compressed by vacuum system, with:
- automatic laying system
- software for automatic flattening from 3D to 2D, conversion of files created using modelling software, including Rhyno 3D, Catia, ZBrush, Solidworks and others in 2D
- nesting software with integrated interface and option of importing and exporting data from CAD software, including DXF, NC, IGES and others
- design, nesting and automatic cutting software for optimizing cutting paths and processing times.
